DEADLINE FOR RETURNS: Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To make a note for return your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE):
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have inspected your item. We will also notify you of the approval of the rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
LATE/ NO REFUNDS:
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your application again first. Please contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially issued. If you've done all this and still haven't received your refund, please use the contact us section on the page and send us an email. We will reply within 24 hours after receiving your message.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange for the same item, please email us. We usually respond within 24 hours.

To return your product, please email us for instructions. We will answer your email within 24 hours. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
